22 September 23:05:41	Got a call this morning from an elderly lady in Bisley. Her hot water wasn't hot! Checked her system, motorized valve found to be faulty. Changed the valve and now she has plenty of hot water. Another satisfied customer. Ed

16 September 22:58:48	A toilet that was not flushing meant a trip to Leatherhead and a break from boiler servicing! A blocked Saniflo needed stripping before unblocking the exit pipe. Result - one nicely flushing toilet. Then it was back to the boilers! Drain clearance and maintenance
14 September 23:06:41	Yet another old boiler needed replacing with a new condensing combination boiler. The clients, who live in Surbiton, chose a Worcester Bosch. Good choice - it's very reliable brand. Heating

25 August 15:59:54	Suspected boiler breakdown in rented flat in Leatherhead. In fact it was the central heating pump that had seized up. I supplied and fitted a new pump. The tenants were delighted to have hot water again. The landlord was pleased it wasn't a new boiler! Boiler information
